"Whenever I'd go out or go to school people wouldn't treat me like a normal person just because I was Afghan," says a tearful Masumeh, 18.
Born and raised in Iran but still considered refugees, Masumeh and her older sister recently made the dangerous journey through Turkey and Greece. "We traveled close to families, to be safer," Masumeh said. They are now on their way to Austria where their older brother has started a new life.
